What about you

Let me describe some Buddha Dharma in English.

Happiness is just mind being free.

That's the formula, when you are happy, I am happy.

First you, then me.

When we get up every morning, we firstly think what about me.

What about me? What about me? What about me?

We sometimes think what about me all day.

Change me for you, let's think what about you, or make you happy, you will get true happiness.
