After rivising 1 session of ur YY talk Here r my Q.Pls kindly guide n correct me

1.
The 初禅 to 4禅 do they come b4 e 欲界,色界 n 无色界定?Is it still got 5,6,7,8,etc禅. b4 reaching 欲界 to 无色界定?

2.
If a person when alive practice 16 te shen n attain eg. 2 禅 定.Is it means that when he dies he will go to 2禅天? In order to go all e 天 realms, this person also needs to keep his 5 precepts well n not juz solely rely on 16 te shen practice.

U mentioned that 欲界定 enables e cultivator to understand more clearly on e impermanent nature Is it bcos this 定 provides him w great calmness to c impermanent nature more clearly or there is other reason behind it.If there is pls kindly state.

初禅 n 初果 r they of e same meaning ? Or 初禅is e initial level of concentration while 初果is e position to represent e initial level of concentration?

When u mention 初禅 can rid 我见.Is it to mean that one fully understand that I n all things in e universe r made up of e diff combination factors n there is no permanent nature of its own.Even if one is being abused, scolded ,praised, one is unmoved by such circumstances both physically n mentally as he has rid我见.If u hv better ans to e concept on 'rid 我见'Pls kindly share.
If one is physically beaten n feels e pain but mentally not moved by such torture , is this person consider to have rid his 我见?

During my recent meditation, I never apply both e counting breath n awareness of breath methods. I use my silent thought to constantly remind myself to relax n calm down both physically n mentally Sometimes it works but at times I will feel tightness at e center pt between my 2 eyes .This tight feeling is it bcos I hv used too much mental energy or ....? I dun adopt e breath awareness method bcos e moment I want to be aware of my breath I will specially breath in or out to take note of my breath n this becomes so unnatural .When I feel e tightness is it gd to do a little facial movement or open my eyes slowly to loosen e tightness between my eyes? Or should I totally abandon my meditation method. Pls kindly advice.

初果=rid 我见
2果=rid 我见 but still got 我慢 n 我爱
3果=rid 我见+欲爱still got 我慢
4果=rid 我见+我慢+色爱+无色爱
Am I rt??
What r e diff between human realm's 欲 n 欲界天's 欲?

1.
When you enter 初禅 to 4禅, your mind come into 色界 at same time. So they belong to 色界定.
When you enter 5,6,7,8禅, your mind come into 無色界 at same time. So they belong to 無色界定.

2.
People who have ablitily to enter 2禪 will go to 2禪天 after dying.
5 precepts is the most basic sila that Buddhists must obey whether you are at any state of meditation.

3.
The higher meditation you enter, the sharper power of observation you get, not only 欲界定.

4.
初禪 can't be combined with 初果. They have no relation.
When you meditate hard enough, you enter 初禪. Of course 初禪 represent you concentration having focused.
When you 斷三結, you must get 初果, and this position isn't decided from your meditation. Someone having no mediation may enter some 果位 because he is a pure vipassana practitioner. If he practices vipassana hard enough, he will achieve 初果 to 四果.

One having gotten rid of 我見 feel the physical pain sometimes, but doesn't feel the mental pain anymore.
There is just 欲界定 in 欲界.

What meditation way you adopt now is the first stage of mediation.
When you are familiar with this method, you must go on to the next stage.
Relax thoroughly is first stage, then you must move to the next.
The next stage is to focus on breathing in and breathing out.
You feel uncomfortable because you are not familiar with it.
When you just relax, you meet the obstacles gradually, it proves you can't stop on this stage. Of coure you can relax more when you feel tight, or you can open your eyes temporarily.
Or you put your attention on other thing and this way calms that you must know other method and practice it.

7.
初果=rid 我见、戒禁取、疑
2果=rid 我见、戒禁取、疑 but still a little 貪瞋癡
3果=rid 我见、戒禁取、疑、欲貪、瞋恚
4果=rid 色貪、無色貪、掉舉、慢、無明
human realm's 欲 + 5 percepts + 慈悲喜捨, one will go to 欲界
