弟子說：
Tks Master for spending ur precious time to attend to my Q! For 欲界there isn't any 初禅定yet.Am referring to Q 1 The so call 4 禅8定 makes me think there is only 4 禅,no 5678 but now I know it stretches fr 1to 8.
Pureland cultivator depend on chanting AMTF name to reach diff 果位not fr meditation I can c the link now. 断三结 is...???

三結 is 我見、戒禁取、疑.
弟子說:
It is v helpful at e beginning of ur yy talks to hv a brief revised summary of e previous YY talks cos while trying to catch e meaning of e diff chinese buddhist terms used + linking some concepts,at times it is quite tedious to learn Am referring to only e Wed talk.U hv did so n I am v thankful n grateful for kindness as it is indeed v helpful.
Tks Master v much for ur morning time! For No 6 I will relax more n continue to try e awareness of breath method Maybe I am not calm enough to be aware of my breath. I also notice there is another awareness to watch upon whether I am sleepy or calm during my meditation.Hv a beautiful Wed ahead!
He hee... Still got no 7 I forget The 戒 jing取 is it meaning craving for Buddhist knowledge n still having e thought one can keep e precepts well?
師答:
戒 jing取 means to obey the wrong percept and think it will bring you to the heaven. E.g. a dog eat his excrements before going to heaven, one learn the dog's action and eat excrements in order to go to heaven. This is 戒禁取, one misunderstand some percepts or action because all the wrong percepts cannot lead us to the heaven.
