對方要我補一封信給他們的委員會
即可完成我個人會員的註冊手續
大寂靜學會成為對方在台灣的代表機構方面
由於要符合一些條件
加上台灣與大陸雙方的弟子有較多的擔憂
所以暫緩加入
下面即來回的信件內容
Dear Ven. 大寂,
Congratulations on your adherent membership to the World Association of Buddhism (WBA). To finish the registration, we will need a letter from you to the Board of Administration of the WBA. It would be a spiritual support letter to the WBA. In this letter you can express your reasons for membership.
Also, we have a administrative steps for Official Representatives, so if The Great Calm Institute want to be our Institutional Member and Official Representative in Taiwan your institution should complete the following steps:
1) The Great Calm Institute should send a scanned copy in which accept the Statutes of the WBA. This document must be signed by the leading members of your organization. You can see the Statutes in http://asociacionmundialbud.wix.com/ambu#!statutes/cgrt
2) The Great Calm Institute should send a letter to the President of the WBA, the Buddhist Master Maitreya, who is the Spiritual Leader of the WBA and the creator of Maitriyana. The letter is a commitment to represent the WBA in accordance with the President and the Members of the Board Administration of WBA.
3) The Great Calm Institute should declare in your website the agreement by which becomes a Institutional Member and Official Representative of WBA in Taiwan.
4) The Great Calm Institute should send all possible information about your activities, so we can publish it on the website of the WBA. This will allow us to spread the activities of your organization and surely we can get donations and spiritual support for your work.
5) The Great Calm Institute will get full scholarships for its members to study Buddhist Studies through our covenant with Maitreya Buddhist University.
6) The Great Calm Institute will get full scholarships for its members to study Maitriyana Buddhism through our covenant with Shangri-La Buddhist University.
7) The Great Calm Institute should send data regarding all its members (photos and briefs biographies) and the WBA will issue them free adherents memberships if the want.
After completing these steps, the WBA will issue a Certificate of Institutional Membership and Official Representative to the The Great Calm Institute.
We hope this is the beginning of a long friendship. We can help you a lot.

Dear WBA,
ICBI found me first and invited me to join their member, I appreciate very much. Then I received your invitation to offer me a Free Adherent Membership. It's my honor. Later, I went to your website to see the Statutes. I am very glad to read Article 1 – Definition and Article 2 – Purpose.
In Article 1 – Definition, I agree a lot that it intends to develop Buddhism around the world, and its duration is perennial. In Article 2, I agree a lot to promote the development of Buddhism in the world, and supports any integration, training and democratization of Buddhism.
Because I also do the same thing- delivering dharma speech and teaching meditation continuously in order to spread Buddha's spirit all over the world, it's what I am doing.
So I agree to be a Adherent Membership, thank you very much.
